*cry* very loudly, 3 of my GW accounts are unaccessible. something is wrong, anyone know what a code 227 is about?

i've got 200+ zkeys and a whole bag filled with mini pet collection plus my favourite mini lich lord. one of that account is a rank 8 HA, this account has a mini around 10 gold mini pets in them including mini malyx, mini roller beattle if someone stole them I will die now. nooooooooooooooooooo and i have 770k on one of the account, all the time farming it waaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh .......

waits for respond from ncsoft support ....

Slayer tends to be pretty adamant about people posting in ad threads.

Never seen a 227 before. Code 224 is an IP ban...so hopefully it's not related to that. Hope support gets back to you soon.

Thank you Katsumi. i suspect its either been stolen, or has something to do with the recent merging of the ncsoft infos and guild wars accounts infos. my sisters bought the accounts, and those accounts are being entrusted to me to make the xunlai prediction, so they might have think that since i do not log in with the same IP as the one use by the sister who bought the account that i might be an intruder. if this is the case i am sure something can be done, I seriously hope its not being stolen. (we are not using the same ip, all in 3 different places)

Multiple IP addresses shouldn't be a problem. I used to play in two or three different places when I played. But if you're moving large quantities of goods or gold, then they may have flagged the account or temporarily disabled it. I'm sure they'll get back to you though.

It depends on whether they'll see it as a game issue or an account issue. Given NCSoft's ever changing attitudes in the past I can't say for sure what they'll say.

It might be an issue since you're in Oz and she's in the States though. I forgot that when I mentioned the multiple IP addresses. Regardless, they should get it worked out.

Ya I got an Infraction Warning last night for "trolling/oneliner" which was true. It was in a 3 year old rezzed thread which I know isn't illegal, just seems pretty stupid to do. Especially in the OTA because they really mean nothing here. Oh well, only 1 point and it expires June 22, 2009.

I suspect its an IP issue because my other accounts which I purchased myself in OZ lol, are not affected. only those 3 that were tied together recently are.

yeap, the screens says that as well, I try many times before sending them tickets with the screenshots. My sis needs to call them cos she has all the box and CD keys.

Would appear that someone has hacked your account or you are having a major brain-fart and are screwing up your emails and passwords like none other. Hard to believe that 3 of your accounts would all be hacked in the same day if they had different emails and passwords.

i just try to make a new character using my supposedly hacked account characters name and game says the name is in use, i hope they did not delete my character.... mya grandmaster cartographerrrrrrrr .... if it is actually hacked.
